Privacy

Portfolio Ops is an owner-operated application for personal use on a Mac. It is not a public SaaS product.

Google account access

When the owner authorizes Google access, Portfolio Ops uses identity scopes to identify the account and the following permissions for the stated purposes:

• Gmail send (gmail.send): send reports to an existing authorized recipient.
• Gmail read-only (gmail.readonly): read selected authorized mail relevant to the owner's workflow.
• Calendar list read-only (calendar.calendarlist.readonly): identify authorized calendars selected for the workflow.
• Calendar free/busy read-only (calendar.events.freebusy): read availability from selected authorized calendars.

Access is limited to the selected authorized sources and the purposes above. Granting access is controlled through the Google account authorization flow.

Storage, sharing and retention

Credentials and primary operational storage are kept in an owner-controlled local protected store. Authorized reports are delivered through Google to the existing authorized recipient. Owner-authorized agent workflows may process selected context through the owner's configured external services, including AI services. Those services have their own processing and retention policies and owner-controlled settings; this notice does not assert unverified provider training or retention settings. Data is not sold or used for advertising by Portfolio Ops, and this public site does not host Google user data. The owner controls local retention and deletion; no automatic deletion period is promised.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for the disclosed functionality and is not used for advertising.

Revoke access or remove local data

Remove Portfolio Ops access in your Google Account connections and permissions. The owner can also remove the corresponding credentials and data from the local protected store. Revoking Google access does not itself delete local copies or reports already delivered.
